Scope of Work
• Provide preventative maintenance (PMS) & corrective maintenance services (CMS).as per schedule Or otherwise when requested..
• Provide technical assistance and equipment repair (within 24 hours) on a call-off basis
• Provide. spare parts in the event of an item needing replacement and maintain the availability of the Emergency Spares List all time.
• Provide. Periodic Calibration for food holding and serving equipment.
• Provide Periodic Kitchen Hood & Duct Cleaning and fire prevention system checks
• Provide Periodic cleaning, clearing and disposal of the Kitchen Grease trap.
• Provide Periodic Flushing to the sewage system in main Kitchen, Contractor canteen and Admin Café.
