Scope of Work/Description
The following personnel are required on call off basis for the support of IS/IT Infrastructure for a duration of 4 years from 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2023:
* 3 Helpdesk Engineers
* 1 Service Desk Operator
* 1 Support Engineer – Network Infrastructure
* 1 Support Engineer – Server Infrastructure
* 1 Database Administrator
