The Procurement department provides help and advice on all aspects of buying goods or services for Qatalum. Procurement is governed by its policy which governs all Qatalum’s procurement activities including bidding, award and post award management.
Several principles are the basis of the procurement policy and encompass work which is conducted in order to support business strategy and operational requirements and contribute to continuous improvement on key performance measures; promote competition, seek value for money and maintain clarity and maintain transparency and verification.
